李律师主要从事外商直接投资、兼并收购、解散清算、诉讼仲裁及日常公司业务。李律师拥有多年的执业经验，曾代表多家国际和国内知名企业、投资基金等在多项重大跨国并购重组及投资交易中负责法律意见起草、尽职调查、交易文件起草、谈判、审批手续办理等各项工作。在兼并收购领域，李律师曾为国风塑业股份有限公司、意大利Aquafil S.p.A公司、京东集团、三井物产株式会社、住友商事株式会社、丸红株式会社、伊藤忠株式会社、东京海上控股株式会社、日本制纸株式会社、横河电机株式会社等多家国内外大型公司在中国多个行业的收购活动提供法律支持。

Mr. Li focuses on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, dissolution and liquidation, litigation and arbitration, and routine corporate practice. With many years of practice experience, Mr. Li has represented many well-known international and domestic enterprises and investment funds in drafting legal opinions, conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, negotiating, and handling approval procedures in many major cross-border M&A and investment transactions. In the field of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Li has provided legal support to many large domestic and foreign companies in various industries in China, such as Guofeng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., Aquafil S.p.A, JD Group, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation, MARUBENI CORPORATION, Itochu Corporation, Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc., Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. and Yokogawa Electric Corporation.

 

李律师曾参与日本瑞穗实业银行、三井住友信用卡株式会社等多家金融机构中国法人设立工作。李律师同时还为多家跨国公司的日常运作提供常年法律服务。

Mr. Li has been involved in the establishment of Chinese legal entities for a number of financial institutions, including Mizuho Corporate Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Credit Card Corporation. Mr. Li also provides year-round legal services for the daily operations of several multinational companies.

李律师于2017年加入博京律师事务所。此前，李律师曾在三井住友海上火灾保险（中国）有限公司、英国Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer律师事务所上海及东京办公室、君合律师事务所、环球律师事务所上海分所服务多年。

Mr. Li joined Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm in 2017. Previously, Mr. Li served for many years at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (China) Co., Ltd., Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Shanghai and Tokyo offices, Jun He Law Firm, and Global Law Office’s Shanghai office.
