吴烨律师是具有中美两国律师执照的资深国际律师，主要执业领域为兼并与收购、风险投资与私募融资、跨境投资（包括外商在华直接投资、中国企业赴境外投资等）、环境、社会和治理（ESG）、知识产权保护与商业化及家族办公室业务。所涉及的领域涵盖人工智能、芯片制造、影视、游戏、传媒、房地产、医疗服务、商业零售、电子商务、金融服务、教育、体育、服装、文化旅游、环保等。

 

Ms. Wu is a senior international lawyer admitted both in the PRC and the USA with primary practices in the areas of M&A, venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border investment (including foreign direct investment in China, overseas investment of Chinese companies, etc.), environmental, social and governance (ESG), intellectual property protection and commercialization, and family office practice. Her practice areas cover diversified industries, including artificial intelligence, chip manufacturing, film and television, gaming, media, real estate, healthcare services, commercial retail, e-commerce, financial services, education, sports, apparel, culture and tourism, environmental protection, etc.

 

在私募股权投资领域，吴烨律师代表众多国内和国外投资基金在众多领域进行投资，同时也协助了大批成长型的中国公司及其创始人进行风险投资融资，并配合股东成功退出项目。

 

In the field of private equity, Ms. Wu has represented many domestic and foreign investment funds to invest in a wide range of areas, as well as assisted a large number of growing Chinese companies and their founders in raising venture capital and facilitating shareholders to exit their projects successfully.

 

在环境、社会和治理（ESG）领域，吴烨律师帮助客户在整个投资和运营生命周期中把握与ESG相关的机遇、合规义务和法律风险，通过制定并实施适合客户独特情况和目标的政策和战略，同时遵守监管和合同义务，为股东和其他利益相关者创造长期价值。

 

In the field of environmental, social and governance (ESG), Ms. Wu helps clients navigate ESG-related opportunities, compliance obligations and legal risks throughout the investment and operational lifecycle, creating long-term value for shareholders and other interested parties by developing and implementing policies and strategies that are tailored to the client’s characteristic circumstances and objectives while complying with regulatory and contractual obligations.

 

在知识产权保护领域，吴烨律师帮助大量知识产权所有权方在全世界范围内进行商标、专利申请注册，并协助众多中国知名品牌在境内外进行商业化运作。

 

In field of intellectual property protection, Ms. Wu has helped a large number of intellectual property owners to register their trademarks and patents worldwide and assisted many well-known Chinese brands in commercializing their business both inside and outside China.

 

在婚姻家事与财富管理领域，吴烨律师就高净值家族面临的婚姻、继承、税务等风险，向客户提供婚姻财产协议（婚前/婚内）、赠与、遗嘱、债务隔离、股权配置、家族信托设立、家族及企业财富传承等方面的专项法律服务和常年私人/家族法律顾问，并为高净值客户和机构提供家族财富管理与传承咨询和讲座。

 

In the field of Matrimonial and family affairs and wealth management, Ms. Wu provides clients with project-based and perennial private/family legal services on matrimonial, inheritance, tax and other risks faced by high-net-worth families in terms of marital property agreements (prenuptial/nuptial), bequeathment, wills, debt segregation, equity allocation, establishment of family trusts, and inheritance of family and corporate wealth, as well as family wealth management and inheritance consultancy and seminars for high-net-worth clients and organizations.

吴烨律师于2017年加入博京律师事务所。此前，吴烨律师曾在美国律所Troutman Sanders LLP 香港办公室、环球律师事务所上海分所执业，并曾在华特迪士尼（中国）有限公司法务部工作。

 

Ms. Wu joined Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm in 2017. Previously, Ms. Wu practiced in a USA law firm, Troutman Sanders LLP’s Hong Kong office and Global Law Office’s Shanghai office, and used to serve in the legal department of Walt Disney (China) Co., Ltd.
