吴律师1997年取得律师执业资格，1998年正式加入律师事务所从事律师工作，2006年3月创办上海博京律师事务所，现系上海博京律师事务所合伙人，主任律师。

Mr. Wu was qualified to practice law in 1997 and started to practice in law firm in 1998. He founded Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm in March 2006. Mr. Wu is the partner of Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm currently, served as the Chief Attorney.

吴律师从业近20年，在诸多领域积累了丰富的工作经验，目前主要从事：

Mr. Wu has been practicing for nearly 20 years and has accumulated rich working experience in many fields, currently mainly specialized in the areas of:

    ● 公司法、合同法、房地产法、建筑法、金融法及知识产权等领域之诉讼和仲裁服务；

    ● Litigation and arbitration services in the fields of corporate law, contract law, real estate law, construction law, financial law and intellectual property rights.

    ● 常年法律顾问、私募基金、新三板、IPO、并购重组等领域之非诉服务。

    ● Non-litigation services in the fields of daily legal counsel, private equity fund, NEEQ, IPO, M&A and restructuring.

执业/工作经历

Practice/Working Experience
 

1990年9月参加工作，并担任某央企下属企业社团负责人；

In September 1990, served as the head of an enterprise association under a central enterprise.

1995年9月至1998年8月，先后筹建两家大型商业机构；

From September 1995 to August 1998, successively organized two large commercial organizations.

1998年9月起先后加入上海沪南律师事务所、上海广懋律师事务所，并从事律师工作；

Since September 1998, successively joined Shanghai Hunan Law Firm and Shanghai Guangmao Law Firm and practiced as an attorney.

2006年3月发起创办上海博京律师事务所；

In March 2006, initiated and founded Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm.
