Mr. Chen’s practice covers a wide range of areas, including private equity and investment funds, corporate and M&A, labor and human resources, and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration). Mr. Chen has provided legal services to many RMB funds, venture capital organizations, startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), listed companies, and individuals in a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to, the Internet, artificial intelligence, pharmaceuticals and healthcare services, culture and education, advertising, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, gaming, etc.

在公司与并购领域，依托为诸多企业提供常年法律顾问服务的实务经验，陈律师能够从企业设立之初即为企业客户提供全方位的法律服务。陈律师能够为客户提供的法律服务包括但不限于：为客户提供股权结构方案、股权激励方案、重组方案、并购交易架构等的设计与起草；为客户提供各类商业、劳动用工、投融资交易协议的起草与审阅；为客户提供各类日常纠纷的法律咨询；为客户提供专项法律知识的培训；为客户提供或协助客户应对第三方的法律尽职调查；协助客户进行合规审查、提示风险并就相关风险提出应对方案；协助客户进行商业谈判；协助客户完成政府审批和登记手续；代理客户应对诉讼与仲裁；协助客户进行信用修复等。

 

In the area of corporate and M&A, Mr. Chen has provided a full range of legal services to corporate clients from the very beginning of the establishment of the enterprise based on his practical experience in providing legal counseling services to many enterprises. The legal services provided by Mr. Chen include but are not limited to proposing and drafting equity structure plans, equity incentive plans, restructuring plans, M&A transaction structures; drafting and reviewing various commercial, labor and employment, investment, and financing transaction agreements; providing legal advice on various daily disputes; providing training on special legal knowledge; providing or assisting clients in responding to legal due diligence of third parties； providing or assisting clients in dealing with legal due diligence of third parties; assisting clients in conducting compliance reviews, disclosing risks, and proposing solutions to deal with relevant risks; helping clients to achieve commercial negotiations; assisting clients in completing governmental approval and registration procedures; representing clients to deal with litigation and arbitration; assisting clients in conducting credit repair, etc.

 

在私募股权投资基金领域。陈律师曾代表多家人民币基金、风险投资机构参与和主导风险投资项目的进入与退出，也曾为多家企业的融资项目提供过法律服务。基于过往的项目经验，陈律师能够为客户提供全面的法律建议。

 

In the area of private equity investment, Mr. Chen has represented a number of RMB funds and venture capital institutions to participate and lead the entry and exit of venture capital projects. He has also provided legal services to many enterprises in their financing projects. Based on past project experience, Mr. Chen can offer comprehensive legal advice to clients.

 

在争议解决领域，陈律师拥有多年处理民（商）事诉讼及仲裁及相关事务的经验，曾经代表多家私募基金、民营企业以及众多个人处理争议，涉及的范围包括但不限于：股权交易、投融资、租赁、建设工程、房屋租赁、民间借贷、离婚、继承、名誉侵权、追索劳动报酬等。陈律师凭借其深厚的专业知识、丰富的经验以及敏锐的嗅觉，控大局、抓细节，致力于为客户降低争议解决成本，争取利益最大化。

 

In the area of dispute resolution, Mr. Chen has many years of experience in handling civil (commercial) litigation, arbitration, and related matters. He has handled disputes on behalf of many private equity funds, private enterprises, and many individuals in a wide range of areas, including, but not limited to, equity transactions, investment and financing, leasing, construction projects, housing leases, private lending, divorce, inheritance, reputation infringement, and the recovery of labor compensation, etc. With his profound professional knowledge, rich experience, and keen sense of smell, Mr. Chen controls the overall situation and, grasps the details, and is committed to reducing the cost of dispute resolution and maximizing the benefits for his clients.
