Major Practice Areas and Practice Experience

杜律师的业务领域包括公司日常业务、跨境投资、兼并与收购、复杂商事争议解决等业务。杜律师服务的客户涉及工业制造、互联网、电子商务、消费产品、娱乐传媒、新零售、医药生化等多领域的企业。

Ms. Du’s practice areas include daily corporate business, cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial dispute resolution. Ms. Du serves clients in a wide range of industries including industrial manufacturing, internet, e-commerce, consumer products, entertainment and media, new retail, pharmaceuticals and biochemicals.

在非诉讼法律业务领域，杜律师参与了多宗外商投资企业落地、双向跨境并购及中国企业出海业务，完成了大量包括交易架构设计、尽职调查、交易文件起草等在内的复杂非诉讼法律业务。同时，杜律师为多家企业提供包括劳动人事、合同审核及业务合规等在内的顾问法律服务。此外，杜律师亦为多家创业型企业的设立及运营提供全方位法律支持服务。

In the field of non-contentious law practice, Ms. Du has participated in a number of foreign-invested enterprises landing, two-way cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and Chinese enterprises going overseas, and completed a large number of complex non-contentious legal services, including the design of transaction structure, due diligence, and drafting of transaction documents. At the same time, Ms. Du has provided legal services to a number of companies in the areas of labour and employment, contract review and business compliance. In addition, Ms. Du has provided comprehensive legal support services for the establishment and operation of a number of start-up companies.

在复杂商事争议领域，杜律师作为代理人先后经手近百件商业诉讼、仲裁案件，代表数十家企业在中国法院及仲裁机构出庭应诉，帮助多位客户取得和解和胜诉判决，有丰富的争议解决法律服务经验。除商事争议以外，杜律师在高净值客户相关的婚姻家事领域亦有丰富经验。

In the field of complex commercial disputes, Ms. Du has represented dozens of companies in China’s courts and arbitration organizations in nearly 100 commercial litigation and arbitration cases, and has helped many of her clients to obtain settlements and successful judgments, and has extensive experience in dispute resolution. In addition to commercial disputes, Ms. Du also has extensive experience in matrimonial and family matters related to high net worth clients.
