黎律师于2001年首次执业，拥有超过20年的律师执业经验，并长期担任世界五百强企业、知名跨国公司、大型国有企业等的法律顾问，对企业合规、业务重组、法律风险预防和纠纷处理等具有丰富的实务经验。

Mr. Li started to practice in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer and has served as a legal advisor to Fortune 500 companies, well-known multinationals, and large state-owned enterprises for a long time and has rich practical experience in corporate compliance, business restructuring, legal risk prevention, and dispute handling, etc.

黎律师为企业处理了大量案情复杂和新类型的民商事纠纷诉讼及仲裁案件，为企业妥善处理了多件群体性诉讼案件，具有处理复杂疑难民商事纠纷的诉讼、谈判经验和专业能力。

Mr. Li has handled a large number of complex and new types of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases for enterprises and handled a number of group litigation cases for enterprises properly. He has abundant litigation and negotiation experience and professional ability to handle complex and challenging civil and commercial disputes.

黎律师擅长的执业领域包括：外商投资、民商事争议解决、公司治理、股权投资、劳动管理、海关监管事务等。

黎律师于2020年加入上海博京律师事务所。此前，黎律师在2001年至2020年期间就职于上海市毅石律师事务所。

Mr. Li joined Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm in 2020. Previously, Mr. Li practiced in Shanghai Yishi Law Firm from 2001 to 2020.
