王荪珈律师的主要执业范围为民商事诉讼和商事仲裁，在海事海商、公司和股权、不良资产处置、税务等多个业务领域都具有丰富的实操经验。

Ms. Wang’s primary practice area is civil and commercial litigation and commercial arbitration, and she has extensive practical experience in a wide range of practice areas, including maritime and commercial, corporate and equity, non-performing asset disposal, and taxation.

王律师曾主办多起股权投资纠纷、损害公司及股东利益责任纠纷、互联网侵权纠纷、供应链金融纠纷、刑民交叉的融资性贸易案件、涉税违法案件等重大复杂案件，此外，还擅长疑难案件的强制执行和执行异议。王律师服务的客户涵盖央国企及其下属企业、外商投资企业、民营企业及高净值个人。

Ms. Wang has handled a lot of significant and complex cases such as equity investment disputes, liability disputes for damages to companies and shareholders’ interests, internet infringement disputes, supply chain finance disputes, criminal and civil cross-financing trade cases, and tax-related illegal cases, etc. In addition, she also specializes in the enforcement of complex cases and enforcement objections. Ms. Wang’s clients include central and state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries, foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises and high-net-worth individuals.

在婚姻家事领域，王律师不仅在婚姻、继承、分家析产、拆迁及共有物分割等诉讼中提供争议解决法律服务，也为客户提供婚前及婚内财产协议、遗嘱规划、意定监护等非诉法律服务。

In the field of matrimonial and family matters, Ms. Wang not only provides dispute resolution legal services in litigations such as marriage, inheritance, separation of family and property, demolition and eviction, and division of common property, but also provides clients with non-litigation legal services such as prenuptial and matrimonial property agreements, probate planning and intentional guardianship.
