Major Practice Areas and Practice Experience

徐律师主要负责外商投资、企业并购、海外投资以及日常公司法务，在投资谈判、中外合资企业的成立和退出、公司法务以及合规等方面具有丰富的执业经验，提供过法律服务的客户包括日本财产保险、京东商城、电通、大日本印刷、旭化成、横河电机等国内外知名企业。此外，徐律师曾在日本几家大型跨国公司的东京总部担任法务工作数年，负责对日本企业的海外开拓及海外公司的运营管理进行法律支持，熟悉生产企业、商社以及IT行业，擅长商务谈判。

Mr. Xu is mainly focused on foreign investment, M&A, overseas investment and daily corporate legal affairs. Mr. Xu has extensive experience in investment negotiation, formation and exit of Sino-foreign joint ventures, corporate legal affairs and compliance, etc. Mr. Xu has provided legal services to domestic and foreign well-known companies such as Japan Property Insurance, Jingdong Mall, Dentsu, Dai Nippon Printing, Asahi Kasei and Yokogawa Electric. In addition, Mr. Xu worked for several years in the Tokyo headquarters of several large Japanese multinational companies as a legal counsel, responsible for the overseas development of Japanese companies and the operation and management of overseas companies, familiar with manufacturing companies, trading companies and the IT industry, and good at business negotiations.

徐律师于2017年加入博京律师事务所。此前，徐律师曾在株式会社世嘉、长濑产业株式会社、LINE株式会社等知名企业及涉外律师事务所的上海办公室工作多年。

Mr. Xu joined Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm in 2017. Previously, Mr. Xu served for many years at well-known enterprises and foreign-related law firms’ Shanghai offices, such as Sega Corporation, Nagase Industrial Co., LTD. and LINE Corporation.
