Major Practice Areas and Practice Experience

奚律师于2005年首次执业，主要从事民商事诉讼及商事仲裁案件。奚律师曾代表多家大型国有企业、外资及国有银行、保险公司、外商投资企业及民营企业参与关于股权转让、股东资格确认、企业改制、金融理财、保险合同、建设工程施工合同等方面的商事诉讼与仲裁，对包括民商事诉讼、商事仲裁在内的争议解决具有丰富的经验。同时，奚律师还曾为多家大型国有企业及银行提供常年法律顾问服务。

Mr. Xi first practiced in 2005 and focuses on civil and commercial litigation and commercial arbitration cases. Mr. Xi has represented many large state-owned enterprises, foreign and state-owned banks, insurance companies, foreign-invested enterprises, and private enterprises in commercial litigation and arbitration regarding equity transfer, shareholder qualification confirmation, corporate restructuring, financial management, insurance contracts, construction contracts, etc. Mr. Xi has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including civil and commercial litigation and commercial arbitration. At the same time, Mr. Xi has provided perennial legal counsel services for many large state-owned enterprises and banks.

奚律师为多家企业的股东或高级管理人员提供婚姻、继承方面的咨询及诉讼代理服务，为当事人在法律框架内寻求利益的最大化，并在此过程中，在婚姻家事领域积累了丰富的经验。

Mr. Xi has provided consultancy and litigation representation services for shareholders or senior management of many enterprises in the areas of marriage and inheritance, seeking to maximize the interests of the parties concerned within the legal framework, and in the process has accumulated extensive experience in the field of matrimonial and family matters.

奚律师于2018年加入上海博京律师事务所。此前，奚律师在2002年至2018年期间就职于上海市毅石律师事务所。

Mr. Xi joined Shanghai Bourgeon Law Firm in 2018. Previously, Mr. Xi practiced in Shanghai Yishi Law Firm from 2002 to 2018.
