张舒萌律师毕业于华东政法大学，获法学学士学位。2008年入职毅石律师事务所，2010年取得国家律师资格，具有十余年执业经验。担任多家外商投资企业、民营企业常年法律顾问。2020年，上海市律协根据律师专业水平体系评定张舒萌律师为建筑房地产类专业律师。

Mr. Zhang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor's degree in Law, joined Yishi Law Firm in 2008, and obtained the qualification of national lawyer in 2010, with more than ten years of practice experience. Mr. Zhang has provided perennial legal counsel services for many foreign-invested enterprises and private enterprises. In 2020, the Shanghai Bar Association assessed Mr. Zhang as a construction and real estate expert according to the evaluation system of lawyers' professionalism.

在公司商业领域，张律师担任了包括东丽（中国）投资有限公司、先锋电子（中国）投资有限公司、丰田汽车技术中心（中国）有限公司在内的多家知名企业的法律顾问，处理了公司、劳动关系、房地产等多种领域的法律问题。在劳动法领域，张律师为多家知名跨国企业起草、修订、完善劳动人事管理制度提供全面法律服务，协助企业组织成立工会职代会，为企业解决薪酬问题、停工停产、减员、侵犯商业秘密问题，协助企业处理和应诉各类劳动纠纷案件。

In the area of corporate business, Mr. Zhang has acted as legal advisor to a number of well-known enterprises, including Toray (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Pioneer Electronics (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and Toyota Motor Technology Center (China) Co., Ltd. He has handled legal issues in various fields, including corporations, labor relations, real estate, and other areas. In the area of labor law, Mr. Zhang has provided comprehensive legal services to many well-known multinational enterprises in drafting, revising, and improving their labor and personnel management systems, assisting them in organizing and establishing trade union councils, resolving issues concerning remuneration issues, work stoppages, production stoppages, workforce reductions, and infringement of trade secrets, as well as assisting them in dealing with and responding to various types of labor dispute cases.

在争议解决领域，张舒萌律师作为主办律师负责了70余起民商事、劳动、行政诉讼及仲裁。

In the area of dispute resolution, Mr. Zhang has been in charge of more than 70 civil, commercial, labor, and administrative litigations and arbitrations as a lead lawyer.
